Earlier, di Chairman of di House Committee on Budget and Economic Planning, Hon. Sa’ad Olumoh, give overview of di proposed spending, break down di items inside di estimate, and raise concern about di N408 billion deficit financing wey dey inside di budget.

Hon. Olumoh talk say loans dey good when dem use am for di right purpose, but him also talk say di state need sustainable and practical way to finance di yearly budget, so say Lagos no go just dey rely on loans alone.
