Burkina Faso, Mali, and Niger don announce visa-free travel and residency rights for citizens of ECOWAS member countries, as they prepare to leave the group.

The military leaders wey dey rule the three West African countries talk say the decision to allow visa-free movement and residency dey based on friendship and to strengthen the long-standing ties between African nations.

The three countries plan to withdraw from ECOWAS in January after dem refuse to follow the bloc’s demand to restore democratic rule.
