President Bola Tinubu don approve appointment of seven qualified Nigerians to head some important agencies and programmes under the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development.
According to one statement wey Presidential media aide, Ajuri Ngelale, release, the new appointees be: Dr. Badamasi Lawal as Chief Executive Officer for National Social Investment Programme Agency (NSIPA), Ms. Funmilola Olotu as Programme Manager for National Social Safety-Net Coordinating Office, Ms. Aishat Alubankudi as Programme Manager for Grant for Vulnerable Groups, Princess Aderemi Adebowale as Programme Manager for Home Grown School Feeding, Mr. Abdullahi Alhassan Imam as Programme Manager for National Cash Transfer Office, Mr. Ayuba Gufwan as Executive Secretary for National Commission for People with Disabilities, and Ms. Lami Binta Adamu Bello as Director General for National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons.
The President expect make the new heads of these critical agencies and programmes do their work with integrity and diligence, so that Nigerians, especially the vulnerable groups, go benefit directly from him administration’s reconfigured welfare programmes.
