Di monarch say special education dey important because e dey help pikin wey get disability develop dia skills and make good use of dia ability instead of allowing dia talents waste.
E say when pikin wey get special needs get correct teaching and di things wey dem need to learn, e go help dem become independent, learn work and contribute to di growth of dia community.
Alaafin add say education suppose dey available for everybody, whether person get disability or e no get, and whether na young person or old person. E say di main reason for education na to give people knowledge, skills and information wey go help dem contribute to di development of dia communities.
Owoade also praise di management of di college for di work wey dem dey do and di good relationship wey dem get with di palace. E encourage dem make dem continue to work hard for di growth and development of di school.
Di monarch assure di Governing Council say anything wey dem need am to do for di progress of di college, e go do am as much as e fit.
E say di college already get di buildings and people wey dem need to operate like university, but di school still need support from goment and di palace to move forward.
