Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) don take action against private jet operators wey dey flout regulations by suspending di Permit for Non-Commercial Flights (PNCF) of three operators wey dem catch dey do commercial flights.
Acting Director General Capt. Chris Najomo tok say increased surveillance for Nigerian airports lead to di grounding of three operators wey dem find say dem violate their PNCF terms.
As response, NCAA announce say dem go do thorough re-evaluation of all PNCF holders to make sure say dem dey comply with regulations, and dis go finish by April 19th, 2024. PNCF holders don receive instruction to submit necessary documents within 72 hours to make di process fast.
Furthermore, NCAA warn di public against using charter operators wey no get valid Air Operators Certificate and dem dey urge legitimate industry players to report any suspicious activities promptly.
