For him judgment today, Justice Ambrose Lewis-Allagoa don order say the proposed establishment of national carrier wey dem dey call Nigeria Air by Federal Government no go happen.
The judge give this order while he dey grant the reliefs wey the Registered Trustees of the Airline Operators of Nigeria and five other persons from the aviation industry ask for.
Justice Lewis-Allagoa talk say all the reliefs wey dem ask for don granted except for the one wey ask for ₦2 billion as damages for the injury wey the Plaintiffs suffer as a result of their wrongful exclusion and the wrongful action; unlawful bidding and selection processes for the Nigeria Air project.
