The Federal Government don grant hospitals waivers to employ health workers as part of efforts to enhance healthcare delivery.

Dr. Tunji Alausa, wey be the Minister of Health for State, talk am yesterday during one official visit to the University College Hospital (UCH) for Ibadan.

Alausa talk say medical directors go fit get waivers for employment from 2024, and the Federal Ministry of Health go set up one committee wey go dey in charge of waivers for all hospitals.

The minister also talk say each institution go generate the number of workers wey dem need, and dem go put some checks and balances based on the budget.
