Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) don extend their verification exercise for recovering import duties on illegally imported private aircraft by one month, from 14 October to 14 November.

Spokesperson, Abdullahi Maiwada, wey announce this extension for statement yesterday, talk say this extension go give operators of privately owned aircraft extra chance to follow the necessary regulations and meet their obligations.

Maiwada encourage aircraft operators to use this extended period well to avoid any sanctions wey fit come if dem no comply after the deadline.
