Last month, President Andry Rajoelina suggest the changes for the penal code, and the changes include chemical and surgical castration as punishment for people wey dem find guilty of rape against minors. MPs don agree to these changes, and e go still dey reviewed by the Supreme Constitutional Court before dem sign am into law.
