The Sultan give the directive for one statement wey e release on Sunday, and e talk say today, Monday July 17, equivalent to the 29th day of Dhul-Qadah 1444 AH for Islamic Calendar. The Sultan still talk say make dem report the sighting of the new moon of Muharram 1445 AH give the nearest District or Village Head, so dem fit inform am.

Muharram na the first month for the Islamic calendar, and e be one of the four sacred months for the year.
