Him give this order on Saturday during the award night wey the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (HOCSF) organize to celebrate the 2024 Civil Service Week. The event na to honor civil servants wey don do well for their ministries.

Senator George Akume, wey represent President Tinubu for the event as the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), talk say Tinubu dey vex well-well about these “ghost workers” wey dey collect salary illegally. Him talk say make those wey involved return all the money wey dem collect illegally.

“The actions of these individuals don bring disgrace to our civil service and dem don also chop government money wey no be dem own,” President Tinubu talk. “We no go accept dis kind misconduct, and everybody wey involve go face the music.”

President Tinubu talk say dis kind fraudulent activities dey spoil government name and e dey affect how government fit deliver important services to people. Him call on all civil servants make dem dey honest and professional for their work.
