Di objective of di summit, according to Ngelale, na to enhance multilateral counter-terrorism cooperation and reshape di international community’s collective response to terrorism for Africa, while dey emphasize di importance of African-led and African-owned solutions.

Ngelale add say di summit go provide one platform to review di nature and severity of di threat of terrorism for di continent, with di aim to agree on concrete strategic priorities and measures to address dis scourge.
