Members of Joint Health Sector Union (JOHESU) don give Federal Government 15-day ultimatum to solve all the issues wey dey between dem and the union, or dem go face another round of strike.
For one memo wey the union’s National Chairman and National Secretary sign together, dem talk say Federal Government never fit address their demands since June last year, when dem suspend their strike after President Bola Tinubu promise say e go intervene.
JOHESU dey demand, among other things, payment of COVID-19 hazard allowance for members, tax waiver on health care workers’ allowances, and immediate suspension of plans to set up regulatory agency for national health facilities.
