As part of efforts to improve national security and tackle criminal activities facilitated by the misuse of tinted glass, the Nigeria Police Force don review the issuance of tinted glass permits wey dem ban since June 2022.

According to a statement wey the Force Public Relations Officer, ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, release, dem talk say dem dey plan to lift the ban, but strict measures go dey in place to prevent misuse and make sure people dey follow the guidelines wey dey for tinted glass permits.

The statement talk say ICT Analysts and Enforcement Officers across the country go undergo thorough training on February 29, 2024, to prepare for the reopening of tinted glass permit issuance.
