E talk say Letters of Authorisation to start construction, wey Lagos State Building Control Agency dey issue, need to be revalidated so the agency fit do proper audit and authenticate all the professionals wey go dey involved for the building construction for the State.
E explain say na because most developers, after dem get the letter to start construction, no dey engage all the relevant professionals for the building projects. And buildings wey dem don abandon for long time need to be re-certified before dem start construction again to make sure say the building project get structural stability.
