FG don start to share Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) conversion kits for the whole country, to quicken how dem go change petrol and diesel-powered vehicles to use CNG. Program Director for Presidential CNG Initiative (PCNGi), Micheal Oluwagbemi, talk this one during inspection and distribution of the kits for six CNG conversion centres for Abuja. He say the CNG plan wey President Bola Tinubu bring go give Nigerians cheaper and cleaner fuel option for their vehicles.

Oluwagbemi still talk say President don promise one million conversion kits go dey available free for commercial vehicles, or at good discount for private vehicles, to help make transport fare reduce for the country within the next few years. He also talk say the federal government don sign agreement with more than 75 conversion partners officially for eight states, including Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, Edo, Delta, Kogi, FCT, and Kaduna. He add say within the next six to eight weeks, nine more states go join, including Kwara, Ekiti, Akwa Ibom, Rivers, Abia, Enugu, Kano, and Niger.
