With this change, the government wan scrap the 6-3-3-4 education system and replace am with 12-4, to make sure say education go dey inclusive and quality for everyone.
The Minister of Education, Dr Tunji Alausa, talk about this yesterday for Abuja during the 2025 extraordinary NCE meeting. E also talk say dem go change Federal Science and Technical Colleges (FSTCs) to Federal Technical Colleges to help young people better understand technology.
Meanwhile, the Minister of State for Education, Prof. Suwaiba Ahmad, urge the council make dem approve the review of the national education policy to limit di use of mother tongue only to Early Childhood Care Development and Education (ECCDE) and Primary One.
