Federal Government don slash the allowances of foreign scholars wey dey stranded for Russia, Morocco, Algeria, and other places by 12.7%.

One memo wey Director of the Federal Scholarship Board, Ndajiwo H.A., sign on behalf of Minister of Education, Prof. Tahir Mamman, talk say na because of economic wahala dem make this decision.

The memo also talk say dem do the adjustments after dem consult well well. Reports dey say Nigerian students wey dey study for Russia, Morocco, Algeria, China, Hungary, and other countries under Federal Government scholarship don dey complain say dem never receive their stipends for eight months now.
