The leading judge for the matter, Justice Agatha Okeke, wey deliver the judgement yesterday, November 14th,2022, also disqualify the candidate wey dey hold the governorship flag of the party against next year election, Akanimo Udofia, say eh no wan smell hin leg for the primary, because hin no be member of the APC for the state. The court also order the INEC make dem no accept Udofia as candidate according to 77 sub-section 3 of the Electoral act.
