The prosecution team, wey Moyosore Onigbanjo (SAN) lead, accuse Vandi say e shoot to kill Mrs. Raheem, wey been pregnant, for Ajah Roundabout for Lekki Motorway on Xmas Day for December 25, 2022. The court convict am on one-count charge of murder, wey go against Section 223 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015. The Judge talk say prosecution don prove the case “beyond reasonable doubt” and say the convict shoot the deceased for close range.
