The Confederation of African Football (CAF) president Patrice Motsepe don announce say the next Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) go happen for Morocco from December 21, 2025, to January 18, 2026.

The qualifying draw for the 2025 AFCON go hold for Johannesburg on July 4, with 48 teams wey go divide into 12 groups.

The 2024 Women’s AFCON (WAFCON) don also postpone and e go now happen for Morocco from July 5-26 next year.

New dates go also need to be found for the African Nations Championship (CHAN), wey dem originally schedule for Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda this year.
