Olowokere na one of the coaches wey dem just appoint for 3SC after the club part ways with the coaching crew wey Gbenga Ogunbote lead.

Eyewitnesses wey talk to PUNCH Online for Ibadan say, “He collapse for pitch during Monday morning training and dem rush am go hospital. But na for hospital dem confirm say he don die.”
Dem talk say Olowokere, wey be former Sunshine Stars player and later coach, fall down while he dey work, and medical team rush come attend to am before dem carry am go undisclosed hospital.
He just recently join the Oluyole Warriors as coach and before that, he don serve as assistant coach under Edith Agoye.
Management of 3SC don express serious shock and sadness over the sudden death of the soft-spoken coach.
Management of 3SC for Ibadan talk say, “Na with serious shock and deep sadness we dey announce say our beloved Coach, Olowokere, don collapse and die for pitch this Monday morning.
“Olowokere no just be football coach wey sabi work, he be mentor, friend and papa figure to the players and many other people.
“Even though he no spend plenty time with the club, he show plenty care and love to the team and football community. His dedication to make the team grow and succeed no get rival. We dey hope say his legacy go continue to inspire people for many years.”
Management come send their heartfelt condolence to him family, friends, colleagues, players and the whole Nigerian football family during this hard time.
“We dey stand with them for prayer and support, and we dey pray make God give everybody strength to bear this painful loss,” the statement add.
Oyo State chapter of Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN) also sympathise with the club.
SWAN, through their Secretary, Boluwaji Ogunmola, talk say, “We dey deeply sad about the sudden death of Olowokere of 3SC, wey collapse and die for pitch.
“Olowokere na coach wey get passion and dedication, and even though he no stay long with 3SC, he leave strong impact for the team and football community. His commitment to the team go continue to inspire people.
“Oyo SWAN send heartfelt condolence to the club management, his family, friends, colleagues, players and the whole Nigerian football family. We dey stand with una, dey pray and support una, and we dey pray for strength to bear this heavy loss.”
