Obi and him party dey challenge the declaration of Bola Tinubu as di winner of the 2023 Presidential election.

Tinubu, through im lawyers wey dey led by Wole Olanipekun (SAN), argue for him response to Obi and the LP petition say, “as Obi no be member of the party during the last presidential election”, e no qualify to contest for di last election on top the LP platform.

As Tinubu start im defence, him present the MEMBERSHIP REGISTER of the Labour Party for Anambra State to prove say Peter Obi no be registered member of the party.

Meanwhile, to defend the competence of the joint ticket of Tinubu and him Vice, Kashim Shettima, the defence counsel also tender Certified True copy of the VP’s voluntary resignation letter as the candidate of the APC for Borno Central senatorial District.
