Nigeria Police Academy (POLAC) wey dey Wudil for Kano State don finally call all candidates wey apply for 13th Regular Course make dem ready themselves for screening exercise wey go kick off from September 9, 2026.
For statement wey academy spokesperson, DSP Umar Isah, release on behalf of Commandant, AIG Auwal Muhammad, on Tuesday, dem yarn say all applicants suppose print their exam slips from August 25 reach September 8 before the exercise start.
According to the statement, this screening no be one wey person go take play. E go involve CBT exam, body check, medical test and final interview before Selection Board. The whole exercise go run from September 9 go reach September 18.
POLAC talk say dem arrange the CBT according to state wey each candidate come from so that everything go waka smoothly without wahala.
Candidates from Abia, Adamawa, Akwa Ibom, Anambra and Bauchi (Batch A) na dem go first enter hall on September 9. Those from Bauchi (Batch B), Bayelsa, Benue, Borno, Cross River and Delta go follow on September 10.
For September 11, na candidates from Ebonyi, Edo, Ekiti, Enugu, FCT, Gombe and Imo go face their own CBT. Candidates from Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano and Katsina go write on September 12, while Kebbi, Kogi, Kwara, Lagos and Nasarawa people go enter exam hall on September 13.
Applicants for Niger, Ogun, Ondo and Osun go take their CBT on September 14, while those from Oyo, Plateau, Rivers, Sokoto and Taraba go do their own on September 15. The last batch wey get Yobe and Zamfara candidates go write on September 16.
POLAC still drop long list of documents wey every candidate must carry come. Dem say nobody go enter screening ground if e no get correct papers.
Among the documents wey dem demand na Primary School Certificate, WAEC or NECO result, JAMB slip, Birth Certificate or Age Declaration, Certificate of Origin, Letter of Identification, Guarantor Form wey don complete well, Medical Fitness Certificate from government hospital, NIN slip, four passport photographs and application acknowledgement slip.
The academy still talk say every applicant must show up for screening with white T-shirt, white shorts, white socks and white canvas, as any person wey no follow instruction fit get problem.
POLAC advise candidates make dem arrive school one day before their examination date, adding say accommodation dey available inside the academy throughout the screening period for all applicants.
Dem still make am clear say mama, papa, guardian or any family member no go fit enter the academy compound during the exercise, as only candidates go get access.
At the same time, POLAC don warn applicants make dem shine their eyes well-well and avoid fraudsters wey dey use fake social media accounts deceive people in the academy name. Dem advise everybody make dem dey follow only information wey dey come from the official POLAC Admission Portal.
The academy come beg all candidates make dem prepare seriously, obey every guideline and make sure say dem carry all required documents so that nothing go stop their screening process.
