Dem remind say Alaafin don warn Ooni make e cancel chieftaincy title of Okanlomo of Yorubaland wey dem give Chief Dotun Sanusi wey dey Ibadan.
Alaafin talk say wetin Ooni do na direct insult to him authority and the tradition wey him dey represent. E still talk say na only him get right to give title wey cover all Yorubaland, and Supreme Court don confirm am.
As e react for WhatsApp, Ooni spokesperson call the people wey give the ultimatum jokers.
E talk say while Ooni dey busy create jobs for youths for South West, some people dey fight for power wey no dey again.
E talk say: “Ooni dey focus on business and job creation for youths across Yorubaland, dem dey chase power wey don expire. Dead empire.
“Dem 48-hour ultimatum go soon finish. We dey wait. Dead Empire. Ooni dey plan groundbreaking for Ojaja smart city for Ibadan, wey go be biggest for Africa, but person dey somewhere dey issue 48 hours empty threat.”
“Where this king (Ooni) wan see time dey do supremacy wahala? Dey give 48-hour ultimatum for chieftaincy title wey no even dey.”
Meanwhile, Oore of Otun-Ekiti and main king for Mobaland, Oba Adekunle Adeagbo, don talk say the claim say Ooni give anybody title of Okanlomo of Yorubaland no get head.
Oore of Moba, through him Chief Press Secretary, Akogun Banjo Ayinde, talk say no evidence dey show say Ooni even think am, talk less of give anybody that kind title.
The statement come as Alaafin dey drag Ooni for media, but Oore of Moba say the attack no get base and e no make sense.
The statement talk say: “Make we clear am well, Ooni never even think that kind title, not to talk say e give anybody. So anybody wey get correct evidence say Ooni don give that kind title before, make dem show am to everybody.
