Director-General of the All Progressives Congress Presidential Campaign Council, Senator Abdulaziz Yari, don admit say Nigeria dey face plenty challenges, but e insist say President Bola Tinubu government dey try to find solution to dem.
Yari remember say former President Muhammadu Buhari, wey retire from Army as General, also try to end insecurity when e dey power, but e no fit completely finish the problem.
Yari talk this one on Monday when e visit Kebbi State, where e meet Governor Nasir Idris, traditional rulers and other party leaders for Birnin Kebbi, wey be the state capital.
E talk say, “If retired General do im best but no fit completely end insecurity, wetin una expect from President Tinubu, wey no be General?
Even with that one, the President don do everything wey e fit do to tackle the security wahala wey dey face the country.”
Yari also call on Nigerians to check their relationship with God, as e point out say everybody get role to play in fighting insecurity, together with government efforts.
E add say Kebbi State dey fully behind Tinubu’s plan to contest for second term as president for the 2027 general election.
Yari praise the governor and other APC leaders for the way dem dey gather support for the party. E express confidence say their efforts go help Tinubu and other APC candidates win for 2027.
E talk say, “Na we dey lead the campaign for the President to win another term and for other candidates of our party. We appreciate una, and we recognise wetin una dey do as governors and the contributions wey una dey make to help our party win for 2027.”
Yari say the campaign council go work with anybody or group wey ready to support Tinubu to win another term, no matter the position wey dem hold, so dem fit achieve the party’s aim.
E also express confidence say APC go perform well for Kebbi, as e point to the support wey e see during im visit to the state.
As e talk about the economy, Yari say the hardship wey Nigerians dey face no happen for Nigeria alone, as other countries dey face their own challenges too.
E claim say the rate wey prices of goods dey increase don reduce, and the price of fertiliser don also come down.
According to am, Federal Government dey put measures in place to reduce the suffering of Nigerians, including giving money to poor families and people wey need help pass.
E say dem bring out these measures to make the economy stronger and improve the way Nigerians dey live
Yari also admit say governments for different parts of the world dey face challenges. E mention America and Saudi Arabia as examples of countries wey still dey work to solve different problems wey dem get.
E urge Nigerians to recognise the efforts wey Tinubu government dey make and support the plans wey e get to develop the country.
