Senate President, Godswill Akpabio, wey announce di vacancies for plenary yesterday, talk say di Edo Central seat waka go since 2024 afta dem swear in Monday Okpebholo as Edo State Governor for December. Di Anambra South seat still never get person since Senator Ifeanyi Ubah die for July 2024.

INEC bin talk for January 2025 say dem dey wait for official request from di Senate before dem fit run di by-election for Anambra South.
