President Bola Tinubu don swear in Mrs. Esther Walson-Jack as the new Head of Civil Service (HoS) of the Federation.
President Tinubu talk for the swearing-in ceremony wey dem do before the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting for Presidential Villa, Abuja. E charge Mrs. Walson-Jack make she uphold the legacy of the outgone Head of Civil Service, Mrs. Folashade Olayemi Esan.
After her inauguration, Walson-Jack talk to newsmen say she dey grateful to Mr. President for the appointment and she go work to build on the successes of her predecessor. She promise to bring innovation and creativity to improve efficiency and effectiveness for the Renewed Hope Agenda of the current administration.
The outgone Head of Service, Folashade Olayemi-Esan, appreciate President Bola Tinubu for the chance to serve. She urge public servants make dem always put the progress of the nation first, to help Nigeria reach the level of greatness wey everybody dey aspire.
Make we remember say Walson-Jack get appointment for July to replace the previous Head of Service wey go retire on August 13, 2024.
