Former Governor of Anambra State, Mr. Peter Obi, on Thursday don dismiss one statement wey dem talk say Edo State Governor, Monday Okpebholo talk say Obi gatz seek permission before im fit enter Edo State. Obi come talk say im no dey fear to visit any part of Nigeria.
Peter Obi talk this one for Onitsha, during presentation of ₦50 million cheque wey him give him old school, Christ the King College (CKC), to take support better infrastructure for the school. The donation wey him do together with other old boys of CKC na to improve education facilities and make learning better for the students.
CKC wey dem build since 1932 don produce correct people, like former Rivers State Governor Dr. Peter Odili, and two former Anambra governors, Peter Obi and Willie Obiano.
As Obi dey talk for the event, him yarn:
“I no dey fear to visit any state for Nigeria, especially when the reason na to support matter wey go build the country, like education, health, and how to reduce suffering for people.”

“I go Benin to invest for better life for the people. If dem get better doctors and nurses, their life go sweet pass. Wetin I dey expect from the governor na to support every effort wey go make the society better,” Obi yarn.
As e talk about the donation to CKC, Obi say na way to show appreciation to the school wey help build correct values for him and many other people.
Peter Obi talk say: “This school na the place wey help build the values wey me and plenty others still hold strong today — discipline, correct moral foundation, and academic excellence. To support am na my own way to give back.”
Him come call on other CKC old boys and even old students from other schools for Nigeria make dem support their former schools. Him say make nobody leave the wahala of education development for government head alone.
As dem collect the donation for the school side, the Archbishop of Onitsha, Most Rev. Valerian Okeke wey be Old Boy too, hail Obi and the rest people wey donate for the school. Him pray for them and beg other people make dem try follow their example.
