Conference B get Lagos-based Madiba FC, Gateway United from Abeokuta, and Sporting Lagos.

For Conference C, northern teams like Sokoto United, Gombe United, and Wikki Tourists from Bauchi go dey compete.

Conference D go feature central and northern teams like Yobe Desert Stars, Adamawa United, and Kada Warriors from Kaduna.
