Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) don tell their members for states wey never start to implement the new minimum wage make dem begin indefinite strike from December 1, 2024.

The order come after NLC National Executive Council (NEC) meeting wey dem hold for weekend. The NLC also accuse petroleum marketers of dey increase petrol price too much, say dem dey exploit Nigerians and make di suffering worse because of government harsh economic policies.

On top di bad economic situation for di country, NLC talk say di NEC don notice say di economic hardship wey Nigerians dey face don dey worse, with inflation still rising without control. Di price of basic needs don dey too high, making am hard for regular workers to cope.
