Nigeria’s home-based Super Eagles on Saturday defeat the Black Galaxies of Ghana 3-1 for Uyo to secure one of the available spots for the TotalEnergies African Nations Championship (CHAN) 2024.

Nigeria became the latest team to qualify for the 2024 CHAN after playing a goalless draw in Accra, Ghana, last weekend.

All three goals for Nigeria come in the first half, while Ghana score a consolation goal in the second half. But that goal no fit save the Black Galaxies on aggregate.

The 8th edition of the African Nations Championship, wey dey for only players wey dey play in domestic leagues across Africa, go take place in Tanzania, Kenya, and Uganda from February 1 to February 28, 2024.
