Controller General of Customs, Bashir Adeniyi, talk yesterday say dem suspend am because dem still dey consult with Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Mr. Olawale Edun, and other important stakeholders. The consultations go help dem agree on how dem go implement the Act well.
Adeniyi still talk say this decision match with the expiration of contract agreements with service providers like Webb Fontaine, wey dem dey fund before with the 1% Comprehensive Import Supervision Scheme.
