The deal between Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) and the new Super Eagles Coach Bruno Labbadia don fail. NFF bin announce last Tuesday say dem don agree with the German coach, Labbadia, to be the Head Coach of Super Eagles.

But according to Ademola Olajire, NFF’s Director of Communications, the NFF President, Musa Gusau, explain say strict German tax regulations cause the deal to fall apart.

Gusau also talk say, with this new development, Coach Augustine Eguavoen, the Technical Director of NFF, go take charge of the Super Eagles for the upcoming 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying matches against Benin Republic on September 7 in Uyo and Kigali, Rwanda, on September 10.
