The Federal High Court for Lagos don order di Federal Government to fix di prices of goods and petroleum products within seven days.

Justice Ambrose Lewis-Allagoa specify for di order say di government must fix di price of tins like milk, flour, salt, sugar, bicycles, and dia spare parts, matches, motorcycles and dia spare parts, motor vehicles and dia spare parts plus petroleum products, wey include diesel, Premium Motor Spirit and kerosene.

Di judge give di order during im judgment on top suit wey Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Femi Falana, file against Price Control Board and Attorney-General of di Federation, wey dey list as di first and second defendants.

E also talk say di Price Control Act of 2004 dey give Price Control Board power to fix di prices of dis wide range of commodities, especially now as di situation for market dey unbearable for consumers.
