Di state governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu talk dis one yesterday wen he go inspect di affected street, and he say di market don close indefinitely to trading activities.
He say all state agencies wey get anything to do with building regulations don receive order make dem report to Lagos Island markets make dem do integrity tests on top buildings. Plus, dem go conduct audit of di Dosumu fire incident before dem go reopen di market.
Sanwo-Olu add say all residential buildings wey don turn to markets, warehouses, and others wey dem find say dem no fit for person to dey live go demolish.
He still talk say despite di tough measures, di state government go still provide help to di affected traders make dem fit start again.
