Former Finance Minister, Kemi Adeosun, don enter mourning as her husband, Anthony Adeniyi Adeosun, popularly known as Niyi, don kpai at the age of 62.
According to statement wey the Adeosun family release, Niyi take his final breath on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, for Lagos State.
The family talk say dem announce the painful loss with heavy hearts, but dem still surrender everything to the will of God.
Dem describe Niyi as one respected businessman and strong Christian wey touch plenty lives through him honesty, generosity and strong faith in God.
According to the statement, Niyi na person wey dedicate him life to hard work, service to God, family commitment and helping people around am.
The family come talk say during this difficult period, dem dey take comfort from God’s word as dem mourn one person wey no fit ever be replaced.
Dem also reveal say details of burial and funeral arrangements go come out later.
Niyi leave behind him wife, former Finance Minister Kemi Adeosun, him children and other family members, including businessman and Kuramo Capital founder, Adewale Adeosun.
