Kano State Government don sign one major agreement with Aliko Dangote Foundation to take over and manage Aliko Dangote Skills Acquisition Centre for complete 20 years.

Governor spokesperson, Sanusi Dawakin-Tofa, yarn this matter on Tuesday, say the deal na to revive the centre, make e work better and open more doors for youths wey wan learn handwork, business skills and other vocational training across Kano State.

According to the statement, dem sign the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the office of the Secretary to the State Government. Kano Government side get Secretary to the State Government, Alhaji Umar Farouk Ibrahim, and Attorney General plus Commissioner for Justice, Barrister Abdulkareem Maude, represent dem.

For Dangote Foundation side, Programme Manager for Northern Nigeria, Alhaji Sanusi Abdulkadir, and Programme Support Officer, Mustapha Umar, sign the agreement on behalf of the foundation.

As dem dey sign the deal, Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf, wey the SSG represent, talk say bringing Dangote Foundation into the matter go bring serious development come the centre and Kano State as a whole.
