Di Armed Forces of Nigeria don talk say dem go support di Nigerian Police to ensure say di environment go dey secure and peaceful for voters, and to protect election materials. Dem go send troops to help citizens vote without fear of harassment.

Also, di Inspector General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun, don ban all vehicular movement for roads and waterways from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on election day, November 16. He also talk say no VIP or security aides go follow their principals to polling stations or collation centres to avoid wahala. Essential services like ambulances, media, and fire services no go be affected.
