Govnor Radda talk say the news shock am well-well and say Mandiya death na big loss to Katsina State and Nigeria.
Radda talk say Mandiya na person wey serve the people with strong commitment and contribute to the growth of Katsina State and Nigeria.
According to the govnor, Mandiya spend part of im life serving the people and im work for government go remain as part of the things wey people go remember am for.
Before e enter Senate, Mandiya serve as Chief of Staff to former Katsina State Govnor, Aminu Bello Masari.
E later enter Senate for 2019 and represent Katsina South until 2023.
Radda say Mandiya experience and the work wey e do for state and federal level na part of the legacy wey e leave behind.
The govnor send im sympathy to Mandiya family, former Govnor Masari, people of Katsina South, im friends and political people wey work with am, together with im former colleagues for the Ninth Senate.
Radda pray say Almighty Allah forgive Mandiya im sins, accept the good things wey e do and give am Aljannatul Firdaus.
E also pray make Allah give the family and everybody wey close to the late senator strength to bear the painful loss.
