Gombe, wey be former Deputy National Chairman of ADC, dey challenge di legitimacy of di current leadership. He file ex-parte motion to stop Mark and Aregbesola from parading themselves as party leaders and also ask court make INEC stop to dey deal with dem. But Justice Emeka Nwite reject di urgent request and instead order say all defendants must appear to show why di motion no suppose hold.
