Minister of Education, Dr. Tunji Alausa, don announce say all full-time Higher National Diploma (HND) graduates go fit mobilize for National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) now. Alausa talk say this development na big breakthrough for full-time HND graduates wey never dey part of the NYSC programme before.
Alausa stress say only graduates wey finish full-time HND programme go fit mobilize. E also urge all those wey qualify to grab the opportunity well and start their mobilization without delay.
Meanwhile, the Director-General of NYSC, Brig.-Gen. Olakunle Nafiu, don assure corps members say the newly increased monthly allowance of N77,000 go start in March 2025. Nafiu talk this one while he dey interact with corps members for the NYSC Zonal Offices in Wuse and Garki, for Federal Capital Territory. He also talk about how important the NYSC scheme be in building bridges and exposing graduates to cultural values beyond where dem come from.
