Minister of Works, David Umahi, don set April 2025 as the deadline for completing the ongoing dualisation of the East-West Road, Section II-II, wey dey from Ahoada to Kaiama for Rivers and Bayelsa States.

Umahi talk this one yesterday for Abuja after e inspect the road project. He also confirm say the construction of multiple box culverts wey go help with flood issues along the road go finish by that same April deadline.

While e show say e dey satisfied with the work wey Messrs Setraco Nigeria Ltd don do for Section II-II, Umahi still direct the company make dem speed up the work by bringing in more resources to finish am on time.
