Federal Executive Council (FEC) don approve make dem exempt Universities and oda tertiary institutions from IPPIS. Minister of Education, Tahir Mamman, yan say na to make staff members’ salaries no dey go through IPPIS again, so dem fit manage University system well. Council also approve oda education memos.
