Dangote Petroleum Refinery don approve 32 banks, fintech companies, mobile money operators and other platforms wey investors fit use take buy shares for the company once the public offer officially open.
The company don put the full list for im official share offer website, as e warn everybody wey wan buy the shares make dem shine eye and only use the approved places to make their investment.
Dangote Refinery make am clear say anybody wey use another channel wey no dey inside the approved list dey do am at im own risk.
Among the 32 approved places, 19 na banks, 10 na fintech companies, two na mobile money operators, while NGX Invest join the list as another approved platform.
The banks wey investors fit use include Access Bank, Ecobank, FCMB, Fidelity Bank, FirstBank, Globus Bank, GTCO, Jaiz Bank, Keystone Bank, Lotus Bank, PremiumTrust Bank, Providus Bank, Stanbic IBTC, Sterling Bank, TAJ Bank, UBA, Union Bank, Wema Bank and Zenith Bank.
For fintech side, Bamboo, Flutterwave, InvestNaija, Ladder, Moniepoint, Paga, Payaza, PiggyVest, Vetiva Invest and we.yan dey among the platforms wey get approval.
Airtel SmartCash and MTN MoMo na the two mobile money platforms wey dey the approved list, while NGX Invest also get approval for the share offer.
The refinery website currently put the price of one share at N525. Anybody wey wan buy must start with at least 10 shares, meaning say the smallest amount wey person fit use start na N5,250.
The public offer na part of Dangote Refinery plan to raise more money from Nigerian investors and other members of the public through the sale of ordinary shares for the company.
As the share offer dey prepare to open, Dangote don again warn investors make dem no rush put money for any account or platform wey dem never confirm.
The company advise everybody wey wan buy the shares make dem first check the approved list before dem make payment, so scammers no go use the opportunity collect their money.
The share now na N525 each, investors wey dey interested don begin look towards the opening of the public offer and the opportunity to become shareholders for Dangote Refinery.
