Justice James Omotosho give di order after MultiChoice lawyer, Moyosore Onigbanjo (SAN), move one ex-parte motion. Di judge talk say FCCPC no fit take “any administrative steps” against di pay-TV company.

Onigbanjo argue say Nigeria dey operate free-market economy, and di FCCPC Act plus other laws no give di commission power to regulate prices or force businesses to seek approval before dem change di cost of their services.
