Aviation workers’ unions plan to stage a peaceful protest next Wednesday, September 18.

This is in response to Federal Government’s refusal to reverse its 50 per cent deduction from the internally generated revenues of agencies in the aviation sector.

General Secretary of the National Union of Air Transport Employees, Ocheme Aba, and the Deputy General Secretary of the Air Transport Services Senior Staff Association of Nigeria, Frances Akinjole, announced this yesterday in a statement.
