For October 2023, Enugu State High Court bin cancel di proscription and terrorist designation. But di Appeal Court yesterday, with three judges led by Justice Hamma Barka, don agree with di Abuja Federal High Court decision.

Dis ruling mean say IPOB still dey proscribe, even though dem fit carry di matter go Supreme Court.
