Senate President, Godswill Akpabio, don assure Nigerians say President Bola Tinubu dey put full attention on the fight against insecurity and say very soon, the security challenges wey dey worry the country go reduce well-well.
Akpabio give the assurance on Wednesday when members of the Ladies Golf Association of Nigeria, led by their National President, Dr Lima Ahmed, visit am for the National Assembly in Abuja.
For statement wey him Special Assistant on Media, Jackson Udom, release, Akpabio talk say the Federal Government dey work seriously to tackle terrorism, bandit attacks, kidnappings and other security threats across the country.
According to am, the recent rescue of schoolchildren wey kidnappers carry for Oyo State show say Tinubu government no dey joke with security matters.

The Senate President say the current administration don put many measures in place to restore peace and security across Nigeria.
He also urge Nigerians make dem no depend only on social media reports when dem dey judge the security situation for the country.
“I fit assure Nigerians say very soon, insecurity go become something of the past. No rely only on wetin you dey see for social media because e no always reflect wetin dey happen for the country,” he add.
Apart from security matters, Akpabio also talk about women participation for politics.
According to am, one of the reasons why many women dey struggle to win elective positions be say women no always support one another during elections.
He argue say the actions of some women wey hold public office before don affect the chances of others wey want enter politics.
The Senate President also promise support from the National Assembly for the upcoming international ladies golf tournament wey go hold for IBB International Golf and Country Club, Abuja.
Earlier, Dr Lima Ahmed thank Akpabio for receiving the association delegation and officially invite am to the tournament.
