Netflix don bring back the story of Òlòtūré with a new sequel series titled: Òlòtūré: The Journey, wey go drop on the streaming platform on June 28.

This Nollywood series follow a young journalist wey dey work undercover as a sex worker for Nigeria to expose corruption. For her journey, she dey fight for her life as she try find road go Europe.

Kenneth Gyang na the director of the series, and the cast include Sharon Ooja-Egwurube, Omoni Oboli, Beverley Osu, Ikechukwu Onunaku, Stan Nze, Amarachukwu Ono, Bukola Oladipupo, Daniel Etim Effiong, and Patrick Doyle.

The 2019 film, Òlòtūré, premiere on October 31, 2019, for Carthage Film Festival for Tunisia, and for September 2020, Netflix acquire the distribution rights to the film, wey begin air on October 2, 2020.
